nothing will happen. there are some games where you get a lot of achivements at the same time (for example reus) or on game ending (like in your game or in one finger death punch).

i got alll at the same time, a few i know it's normal but even achievements like "Reach speed of 1300 without crashing" which i did not completed are unlocked as well

Steam does not VAC ban for achievement hacking, only if you start a VAC protected server while running SAM. I wish achievements would be protected better but in this case it is good for you. Althought there is also the possibilty you gained them in offline mode and then they unlocked as you have gone online. There are some games where this is possible. And since offline time isn't counted it looks strange.

i played the walking dead season 1 on offline and no achievements were unlocked later, not sure but i think it depends on the game somehow
about the vac thing i'm not sure because there's always that "friend that got vac banned" mentioned

I'm pretty sure. As achievement hunter I'm seeing hacked profiles from time to time and nothing happened to them. In the first place someone would need to report you and like I said it could have happened offline although I really don't know if it is doable in this game (I know for Oath in Felghana and Dead Pixles I also had offline progress). You can stay calm.

played this game for 11 minutes, it's pretty boring
the point of the game is to go as far as possible and the speed increases while you play BUT it saves a checkpoint everytime the player reaches a new speed so it's not fun, once i quited the game steam crashes and BAM! achievements spam! all unlocked at the same time! now it will really look like i hacked them ಠ_ಠ
