Is it a gift or steam key,

A gift is pretty self-explaining when you receive one.
If it is a key go to games > activate game sth.
Easy.

I really don't know what to say here, if it was a steam key have this clicky, if it was a steam gift the giveaway creator either sent it to your email or added you and sent it to your account, from that just accept it and add it to your library

You won, did you actually got game from giveaway creator? He has whole week to send it to you. Be patient.

P.S.: remember: u must activate won game on UR account (not friend's). U will be banned for 1 week If u will not do it (3 banned=banned permanently). Contact with GA maker and ask him/her/it to choose new winner if u do not want to activate game key (GA maker will choose new winner)
