Minimizing and win10 problem

Hey guys, so when I minimize a game in full-screen the windows freezes for like 10s and i can see the name of the game in the top left corner and can't do anything until it's gone, i don't know what is causing it, it wasn't like that before, anyone have any ideas?

Not really a tech savvy but maybe you're playing a game with a lower resolution than your, let's say, native resolution and not playing on windowed fullscreen mode?
