No, you're only entering for games you do not own and want to play.

Any game you win has to be activated on your steam account only.

If SteamGifts is allowing you to enter for a game you own, you either haven't synced your account to SG since you purchased the game, or it's one of those few that glitch up and can't be seen in your games list.

Its kind of weird actually. I was once able to enter a game when i already had it. I synced my library quite alot of times and it didnt seemed to go away. I dont remember which game it was thou.

And the answer to your question is no. If you already have a game in your library - you should automatically not be allowed to enter it.
If you keep it in the inventory, thats another thing. Dont regift stuff either - against the rules afaik.

Since no one was able to actually answer your question, if you were entering a Company of Heroes Complete Pack giveaway and only had one out of three games, you would have to ask the person who created the giveaway whether they allow it. Some will let you as you only have 1/3 of the bundle while other people want you to have 0/3.

If you are wanting to enter a giveaway that is identical to a game you already have with no additional games, then you are not allowed like everyone else stated.

As Darkdude8 mentioned, you should not have made a giveaway for Gratuitous Space Battles - Complete Pack after you won it. That will be reported to support and most likely result in a suspension.
