LOL NO! When you play it, Steam will keep that game in your list for "Games played last 2 weeks". So, any XCOM EU giveaway will show you as "Already in your account".

I can enter riptide giveaways. I played it during weekend (moved in the menus to change setup) not really played, but count as time ingame
