I can't buy movie from PSN store

I want to buy Batbabe:The Dark Knightie and 30 Girls, 30 Days
It said "this content cannot be selected at this time"
Why is that?

Trust me on this, they should be paying YOU for Batbabe. It's not worth seeing AT ALL!

Well after playing Batman Arkham Knight I see Batbabe on "just for you list", but I can't buy it what a shame.

No clue on refusal of purchase. If there was something I wanted at this time, I'd go ahead and make a purchase attempt to test the store for you, but right now my remaining US$8.50 is staying in my wallet for next weeks sale.

Batbabe IS a soft core porn. I have had the unfortunate displeasure of seeing it. It was awful.

Seems like the problem is me from Asia using Region 1 profile,
Hmm how to counter this, I already change my DNS and it still show the same error.

It is bad, I can buy DLC's and games but not movies using Reg 1 profile.
