That kind of thing can happen wherever you buy the game from, even steam. Just contact support and they'll sort it out.

Contact GMG support. I've used their sites many times before and have not had this happened to me before.

Same just happened to me. I filed a support ticket and i'm pretty confident that i get a new (and working) key. I've done bussiness with GMG in the past and they've delivered what i've ordered.
