Decided to check my WL for the first time in a month or 2 and remebered you can sort by rating so i am a bit curious how it is looking for you guys.

Highest rated: The Wolf Among Us - The Witcher® 3: Wild Hunt 98% positive
https://store.steampowered.com/app/250320/The_Wolf_Among_Us/
https://store.steampowered.com/app/292030/The_Witcher_3_Wild_Hunt/

I was into the walking dead TT games when i first heard of TWAU but i have yet to get the game and i did miss the bundle with it a while ago.. Still not done with the witcher 2 and it has been resting for well over a year so no hurry there.

Lowest rated: Z Steel Soldiers 48%.. Ouch.
https://store.steampowered.com/app/275510/Z_Steel_Soldiers/

I loved the first game back in the days and i still have the big box complete! But this one was a game i never got and i added it because of the first one. Ohh well!

Also a lot of shitty dlc's are far lower but hey, Dlc's doesn't count even if one of them had 10% approval :P

Edit:

"canis39
Steam only sorts by category, not within the category.

All of your OVERWHELMINGLY POSITIVE games are in a group, but they're not ordered within that group, so it may go 95, 97, 95, 96, 98, 95."

Had to recheck but this guy is right. Got the best and the worst now!

Postal 2 is my highest rated at 95%. That's a pretty big drop in quality from one game to the next.
Lowest is Ground Pounders at 30%, but I'd still like to try it one day because I enjoyed Sword of the Stars: The Pit.

Cat Quest was the nicest surprise of last year.
Not only is full of cat puns, but it's also a solid arpg and it's insanely funny!

Highest rated:
VA-11 Hall-A: Cyberpunk Bartender Action (98% on wishlist - 97% on actual store page?)
^ Number of reviews seem to matter a lot when sorting, as I have a couple of 99% rated ones that are much lower on the list

Lowest rated:
Nights of Azure 2: Bride of the New Moon (78%)

Edit: actually the whole sorting system is kinda broken - #4 on the list would be a game with 82% rating out of 81 reviews, yet #6 has 92% rating out of 279 reviews for example

Oh fuck, monster hunter world is on my wishlist too and i really want to try it ahah I have read many positive reviews on other websites about that game, so I put it asap in my wishlist.. looks good! Don't know why it's so badly reviewed on Steam!

Yeah, same here. The recent reviews are a bit more positive, I suppose (in the sixties?). I'm guessing it's that kinda Chrono Trigger port syndrome. But I dunno, I've only played it on the PS4 :S

They let you customise the palico, that's very important to me XD

oh, yeah.. the Chrono Trigger port syndrome! saw this one on many Final Fantasy titles too and lots of other JRPGs.. that's really awful. I mean, seriously.. I saw lots of negative reviews that are so stupid and silly that can have no justification.. probably monster hunter world has gone through the same port syndrome.. =\

As someone who played it... 50% of the negative reviews are from the trash connection (constant dcs) players have been getting the first weeks and when Capcom fixed that, these negative reviews are now slowly changing to positive. It reached 40-41% I believe in the first week and now it's rising up to 49-50%

great to know, thanks a lot for the info, another reason to keep it in my wishlist :)

Port is good tbh, controls are smooth as butter. Most of the negative reviews was from the first week where everyone dcs constantly and multiplayer is non-existent. I gave it a negative review too so Capcom can fix it. Now that they actually managed to fix my issues, I changed my review to positive because it's one of the most enjoyable games I have ever played and will continue to play perhaps for 100's more hours.

Nice, glad to hear it! I feel like a lot of negative reviews will probably stay though, just because people also have it out for Capcom like it's EA 2.0 ._.

But hey, I'm so looking forward to playing it since they've fixed up those connection issues! Suppose that would make or break a game like this. Thanks for the heads-up 👍

Oh, this could be useful to weed out total stinkers. I sometimes browse the upcoming releases and wishlist stuff that looks nice, without checking out how it turns out really, until I get notifications from IsThereAnyDeal when it goes on sale much later.

Anyway,

Highest rating one on my wishlist rather surprisingly is Clannad (https://store.steampowered.com/app/324160/ Still can't figure out how to embed links properly.). Watched the anime and always wanted to try the VN out. 98% positive reviews, whew. Lowest rated is No Mans Sky, which seems to have improved with the addition of multiplayer. Thats sitting at 45%. Rather startling.

I'm going by Steam purchase reviews

Highest was West of Loathing with a 98%. I hit refresh and it went from 98% to 97% lol

So the top one for me right now is RimWorld with 97% of over 20k Steam purchase reviews.

AereA is the lowest with 9% of 11 Steam purchase reviews.

I think having at least 100 steam purchase reviews should be what is used so I'm going with Impact Winter it has 39% out over 169 Steam purchase reviews.

Homefront Revolution is the lowest with over 1,000 Steam purchase reviews. 58% at over 6.5k+ Steam purchase reviews.

If anyone has any feedback on Homefront Revolution, Impact Winter and Aerea feel free to let me know. I've been kind of on the fence on these 3 and if I should remove them from my wishlist or not.

Claybook
The Sword of Ditto
Mantis Burn Racing

Mine aren't exactly in order, but at the top is Stranded Deep, The Forest, and My Time at Portia.

At the bottom is Majong Solitaire and other games that are only on my wishlist so I can enter them on here from the wishlist tab (but I wouldn't buy them myself unless they went on sale).

When I use the sort by review score these 2 come up at top and bottom:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/268910/Cuphead/ is my highest rated wishlisted game.
https://store.steampowered.com/app/730310/DYNASTY_WARRIORS_9/ is my lowest rated wishlisted game.

I try to look for decently to nicely rated games so that I'm sure that I don't regret any purchases or wanting a game.

OneShot: 98% positive
my phone said: My Lovely Daughter: 70% (and apparently 70% is mixed? O.o)
client says: Clockwork Empires with 45% (which is the followed by a 68% so Valve apparently has problems with simple lists)
edit: weird, I have a 95% on the second place, then more 98% games.
