I personally enjoy a Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury, but considering how many buttons you'd want, you might prefer the G302 Daedalus Prime.

Pretty much any mouse in existence is good enough for gaming .
You are completely wrong if you think hardware matter at all in being good or bad @ videogames ...
Pros use expensive branded stuff , cause of contracts ... cus they get it for free or even get paid to use it .
For example in the older Korean pro SC Houses , ppl ware using mouses and boards worth like a dollar .
Its good enough , as long as it works ... and its not over 10 year old i guess.

Who said anything about being good or bad. A gaming mouse may not make you a better player but it can certainly make you more efficient or at the very least more comfortable due to having more options at hand... literally.

You're the one failing to understand. OP said nothing about skill or a gaming mouse making them better or worse. The only requirement they noted was they wanted a few extra buttons.
My mouse has enough buttons that when playing Diablo 3 the only time I need to bother with the keyboard is when I'm chatting or the odd occasions I need to hit the menu as all my skills are mapped to the mouse. The same applies to pretty much any game to some extant. Even just having a couple of thumb buttons can make your handling of a game smoother.

I use this one:
It's very good for the price, 2 extra buttons, 3 dpi settings. I believe you can get just the mouse by itself for even less as well but the keyboard is very good too. I have used many different types, and to be honest, this 30 dollar combo is better than a lot of the really high priced ones.

Logitech G502, trust me I used a shitload of gaming mice and G502 is the best thing I've ever used.

I'm probably going to get lynched for using an overhyped, overpriced, lol-u-mindless-sheeple mouse...
But the Razer Deathadder is nice. Quite a popular model too.
Mine is an older model (bought more than 4 years ago) and it's still as good as ever.

Deathadder is good mouse for a gamer due it's specifications. However the mouse design and hold is special. I wouldn't recommend this mouse to palm grip users even though this is marketed as one. You just don't get a good hold with palm grip. Ofcourse it doesn't matter as much if you don't play fps games.

had a barely used Logitech G400, cable snapped - didn't bother to fix (at least for now)
bought a Sharkoon Shark Force - which is insanely good for the price, in every aspect of usage
(only 11€ @ offline e-discounter's)

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00N9R97Z0 Got mine in March as I wanted something cheap and only wanted a couple of extra buttons.
Two thumb buttons, an extra button on LMB which I haven't yet used for anything as I find it a little awkward, DPI button, six removable weights.

I got the Roccat Kone Pure to replace an old Razer Naga. I love it! They make several models at different price points.

I use Logitech G500 and I'm very happy with it. I got it with a discount but it should be cheaper now anyway. I went through some vanilla ones before and they broke pretty quick. This one I use a lot and it still works ;)

Logitech G602 for me. I see it's currently on sale.

Hello, I am searching for a new gaming mouse. The kind of style and material I am looking for is like this one but I would like to not spend so much money on it. It does not have to be some mlg led lazer mouse or anything either. I would like a couple of thumb buttons but only like 3 max. If you guys have any recommendations I would gladly hear them. Thanks
