I would honestly love to see a deus ex movie. I feel if done right it would rule. Without some shitty people running the show, like the ones that butchered prince of persia and other gaming movies that would have been awesome.

The Witcher series and Mass Effect could be good. Maybe you could make a good movie out of Deus Ex and Vampire Bloodlines Masquerade.

I think Half Life would be awesome aswell, also the story of Mass Effect would lend perfectly for a trilogy.
Besides those I think Red Faction's story would lend itself brilliantly as a tv series.
Same with a Deus Ex type of series.
