Today I started my first giveaway here, and I didnt notice that the gift its not redeemable in other countries except south america, what do I do? The giveaway has already ended and the winner is from australia

buy a copy without region lock, there's no other way now.

You can:

  • Replace the region-locked copy with a ROW copy and ask the winner to return the region-restricted copy.
  • You can ask the winner if he's OK with having the giveaway deleted, then send a ticket requesting that.

create a support ticket and state that you just got aware that there are region restristions. it was your first time, you didn't know better until now ;) the support (mods) will decide what to do
