That's what I always do when I have no idea what to do.

Make a new giveaway for it, put it up for longer.

Make another giveaway, set it to run for 2 weeks so people have time to enter it, there's so many people using scripts to join giveaways that you're bound to get some entries by then.

Or alternatively you could do what I do most of the time, check if anyone in your friendslist plays the base game and just give it to them at least that way you know you gave it to someone that will actually enjoy it.

I think everyone in your region owns the dlc already :P

the reason is that is a game for RU+CIS and is a soundtrack i think (music pack) and as they say the may already have it

Three reasons for this; First it's region restricted. Second, it's a DLC which requires the game. And third, you're giveaway wasn't up long enough.

The best solution would be to begin with leaving the giveaway open for multiple days, or even a week.

If you are making a Region locked GA for a DLC ... id suggest making the giveaway a week long ... just so more people actually notice it , over the swarm of other GA's ...
