Question on creating giveaway for The Ship - 2 Pack Gift

Just one copy. Some people have asked the recipient to return the extra but most don't worry about it.

you should list it as 1 copy and mention in the description that it's a 2 pack if you want.

2 copies would mean you have 2 copies to give away separately to 2 separate people. to do that, you'd need the winner you send the 2-pack to to send you back the extra copy and then send that copy to the other winner. that's likely to get you marked gift not received either because the first winner doesn't want to give back the extra copy or because it takes too long to do all that back and forth.
