I used to use this when I bought games from them with gift cards (even with gift cards, they wanted a card, but they dont actually check beyond format). I have a legit gift card code to use now so I don't use that site anymore but I doubt they really changed much. If you are "seriously" worried then just use a fake account but I highly doubt this free dlc is worth that much to you.
