Please help me find this game i forgot the name of ! :D

Hey there !
So, as there are many gamers here (no ? oh sorry) i thought i could seek help :D

I'm trying really hard to find this game i played when i was younger (10 years ago more or less).
It was a free downloadable game for windows, 2D arena fighter-platformer with only black lines and white background. You played as little stick figures and would have to collect weapons around the map to kill your opponents. There were options for local multiplayer and AI controlled ennemies. The background was more than basic, with platforms being made of black and white blocks. The gameplay was awesome though !
I think you moved with WASD and aimed with the up and down arrow keys or something of the likes. You could headshot your ennemies, who would not die instantly, but rather get a chance to recover their head as a chance to stay alive. You could find and strap a hard hat onto your head to avoid those deadly headshots. The jetpack was also quite unique as it featured limited fuel, and when it ran out of it, it dropped from your back and eall down to explode on the ground beneath you (which made it the most powerful weapon in the game).
This is just a detail but the game icon was a stick figure head grinning, one eye black and the other white.

Does that ring a bell to anyone ?
