Yeah, had the same problem with some of my Visa gift cards.
Later I checked them, found that just over $30 had been returned to the three cards. Splurged on sites that accept them directly.

The thing is that paypal said that the transaction failed but i got charged anyway and it doesnt show the transaction. It only shows my second transaction which was and the successful one.
Still, I dont care much about that 0.79€. I was hoping that someone would have some kind of an answer for that Account Balance drop.... 5.75-0.79-0.79 = 4.17 and i have available 2.17 .

So i tried to buy the new HumbleBundle(1$ -0,79€) with paypal and when i clicked pay now it shows a message telling me that my card was declined by the issuer or something like that and i should enter a new card. I loged in to my banks account and did a mobile verification that was needed due to some changes that the bank did.
So, I try again to buy the HumbleBundle (1$ -0,79€) and it was succesfull.
The thing now is that my last Available Balance was 5.75€. After my first purchase failed my balance went to 4.96€ even though IT FAILED.
After the third purchase it got raped and went to 2.17.
My latest transactions according to my bank
According to my Paypal account.
I was supposed to have 4.96€ Available Balance left or 4.17 if i accept the failed purchase of the humblebundle.
I use this card for paypal only and i did not do any other transactions this month rather than the mentioned above.
