Single player or coop? Also when I have a low budget but need some more games, I'm trying to get as much as possible.

If you like a good war simulation game/apocalyptic zombie survival simulator game you should get Arma II: CO while it's on this amazing sale.
Sonic Adventure 2 If you like the sonic series, a good platformer and pet-caring (my favourite part of the game: chao pets, way more improved since last one :3)
Garry's mod, but make sure before you try to get you have enough resources from HL:2, Portal, TF2 and CS:S since it works alot better, also for the game, it's really fun.
