Why can't I make a giveaway? It says something like maximum giveaways done.

at the beginning you can make 1 giveaway, then you completed a giveaway and the winner received it-> max. 2 giveaways.

Now you have deleted 2 giveaways (-2)->0 giveaways possible

I guess its because you deleted two giveaways in a row? You'll have to wait.
