Any good games coming out with good pre-order offers?

I'm looking for a game with an amazing pre-order offer,sort of like the Bureau did,where theres several rewards after people pre-order a certain amount of copies. I want a couple rewards,not like its just a single skin or anything,but sometimes a game or something. I don't see much in the Steam store,is there anywhere else that has something like this going on?
