I was under the impression that transsexual was ... sort of an in-between state given the misalignment between gender and sexuality. But those people actually emotionally associate with a specific gender. Just an impression.

There are cis men and cis women. As well as trans men and trans women. Trans people are just as much man or woman as anyone else.
Now, there are genderfluid, bigender, or agender, to name three non-binary genders.

Transsexuality is either when you emotionally or psychologically feel you are the opposite gender or when you have gone under physical changes to become the opposite sex.
Intersex, as stated in Google, is "the abnormal condition of being intermediate between male and female; hermaphroditism." (Which apparently doesn't "truly" exist in humans.)

I'm male - I have a female here also but she doesn't have a steamgifts account because I'm concerned about her getting us banned for having multiple accounts.
The female isn't here against her will. I just want to make that clear. Nobody needs to contact the authorities. She can do what she likes aside from messing up my online gaming stuff, there is nothing weird going on.

It clearly isn't an alt account, it has a lot of hours played, lots of achievements and even a few AAA games - but for the sake of getting banned over maybe a few free games it just didn't seem worth the hassle.

Just contact support. Me and my brother both here with the same IP. He contacted support prior to my registration with the link to my steam profile and explanation and they approved. Now we both here happy and officially! =)

Well there is somebody here that comes and goes and isn't me or the cat. But now that you mention it I don't actually know for a fact it is female. It could just be some kind of a disguise. If there is any way to find out for sure then I don't have those privileges.

Look for a vagina, that's usually a telltale sign of a female. (Be careful though, while wives and girlfriends usually don't mind too much, simple roommates usually don't like it when you look for their vaginas.)
As far as the second account goes, you can email support about it. My wife and I both have Steamgifts accounts but I had to get permission first before I made hers.

My Monsters have their own accounts on Steam (one have way more games, hours and chivos than me).
They also have their own accounts here on SG, and on HB, and on IG, and on BS, and... idk where else they go - they are old enough for me not to monitor that closely anymore.
We all live together (obviously, d-ooh!), same IP. Only issue we had was with Tremor, so have to stick with just one account there (pain to keep track of those coins, but whatever)...
Am I (proverbially) shooting myself and kids in the foot here by openly talking about all that? Should we "repent"?
I thought that as long as it's 1 SG account per 1 Steam account it's fine...

Using multiple accounts is cause for a permaban according to the roles, so you might want to confirm with support so they are aware that you have multiple people using SG at your location. Better safe than sorry I say.

Androgyne, maybe but not trans. Transgendered is one who feels they belong to one group, but physically fall in another. The dichotomy of genders remains intact. Androgyne blends the two but its just a clusterfuck that I have trouble getting my head around and I don't need to make myself look like an ass today.

in my country transexual are people that had both male and female sexual characteristique (miracle of modern science... i suppose the term futunari can correspond to that too) and androgyn are either people where we can't define their sex by looking at them, or people that are "human" but ain't really a male or female... after there is a lot of variation and the translation and definition for each country may be different ^^
