IRL I know many people like that. Even worse is when they pay full price for a shit game (even after several discounts)... always gives me an angry feeling :/
If they support a good game/good developers I dont mind though :P

I know people that won't get a bundle or complete pack of something that is heavily discountedjust because there are few games/items included that they don't want. They would rather pay the same price or more for the game alone then get the game + extras.

I buy on sale and bundles because I use my own money, so it's the reason why I'm really cheap.

I think the problem is not the kids itself but their parents. They don't teach their children how to respect others and(in the contest) save money.
