Following gift states?

Hi there,

I remember when gifting a gift to someone (in this case for a giveaway someone won), you could follow up if they redeemed the game or not. But i can't find out where...
If someone could help me out on that one, I gifted the gift after talking to him, so i'm 200% sure he received it. yet it doesn't seems it's in his library when checking his games.

Sounds like they decided to make some profit on their win instead. If they were given the win, and it isn't activated, screen cap the trade / gift history and send it in to Support as a ticket after a week has passed on the end of the giveaway.

Will do. Really not fair for the others who participated on the giveaway and really wanted to play the game.

he got it, i send the gift after talking to the user usually. Also it's marked as redeemed on gift history and steam gift.

From your inventory, click on the "MORE" drop down on the right and select "View gift history"

thanks. redeemed on 12 December. I'll have to wait one more day to contact support then i guess.
