How to know the required point to enter a giveaway, before creating it?

I want to buy a game to giveaway but I want to maximize the contribution points earned.

Is there a way to know how many points each game requires to enter a giveaway before creating the giveaway?
I tried the search method, but not all the games on sale are being giving away at the moment.

The original dollar value = points. Basicly,a 60 dollars game is 60 points(doesn't matter if it's on sale).
