No, because if people are rewarded for their comment, then it's not real gratitude, and you won't be able to tell people apart. It wouldn't be rewarding gratitude, it would be encouraging spam, if anything.

No, you could easily just spam comments even for games you don't want or already have. Or you could just go to the forum and spam these stupid questions all the time.
