Which game would you LOVE to see as a preorder in 2012? (Already announced or unnanounced)

EPISODE THREEEEEEEEE ! Or Black Mesa... I'd also like to see the new Assassin's Creed, CS:GO or a game from the Super Meat Boy developers.

I would like to see some of older games that have great gameplay but with little different story and new graphics.
Resident evil is one of them and i think i saw one trailer that they are making it old style with old characters.
Another Dirt title
Gta V but in style like it was san andreas
Prince of persia (they tried one in cartoon style but than they made another great title in old style)
Medal of honor is dissappeared
Diablo 3 definitely ( i still play diablo 2)
Another great COD title
Mafia 3 would be nice with gameplay like mafia 1
and so many other i cant remember now...
O yea Half Life 2 series are amaizing i cant wait for next one.

Ragnar Tørnquist pops his head up every year or so long enough to say it's coming but never much more. I'm dubious it'll come out anything in the next 3-4yrs but I can hope.

A new command and conquer game that sticks to the original gameplay (4 was interesting to say the least, and not in the likeness of C&C), a new "total war" game, Divinity III, Dragon Age 3, a new fallout title (enough with the dlc's already), a new medal of honor that inspires me to play again, a gothic 5 that (somehow) continues with the original story(!), a new GTA that isn't system resources hog as 4 was and is more like san andreas in gameplay and mp, a new prince of persia title, a new silent hunter title, heroes over europe 2 and a new sim from novalogic would be nice (F-35, anyone?).

XCOM ofc. Not shitty first person shitter, but badass turn-based strategy from Firaxis.
