humble bundle

hello there guys i would like some help with this on how to proceed . since im new to this i cant figure this out .
can anyone show me how can i buy from humble bundle with a credit card? i mean i fill the form and ever time that i press proceed it keeps alerting me about the mm/yy colum. any idea what should i place on that one? thanks
