No, sorry. It's only shows that coupon exists, not where to get it. You will have to look for it by yourself.

And what if that particular bot does not have that coupon?

Well, Its almost the same that doesn't having a single one linked, many bots I guess could be linked from different groups and besides the same script could warn you about no coupons available.
Edit: Just guessing not sure if this could be coded properly

One of my friends, Nephrite made a list of available coupons some time ago. His bot gathers information about coupons from a number of sources and organize it in a neat list. You can find a link to the list in his profile. It's updated often.
So, based on this list I made a userscript to show if there any coupons for a game on the game page in steam store. It also show in on steamcommnunity discussion pages, if someone embedded game widget there, and on wishlist in steam. Also, it works even in mobile browser (for now I know only one mobile browser that supports extensions, it's Firefox, if you know more - tell me). At first I made this script for the russian community of steam discussions, but now, after some updates, I believe it's useful enough to present it to you.
So, without further ado, I present to you IsThereCouponForThis. You will probably need greasemonkey or tampermonkey (or something similar) to use it.
Give it a try if you want. All feedback, bugreports, thanks, donations and rotten
tomatoespotatoes are welcome. Also, just because I can, a small giveaway for you.[ENDED]Comment has been collapsed.
