Just saw this pop up a little while ago, I think it's looking epic so far.

Is that him riding a dragon, or your character? Riding dragons would be cool.

Will be the same as Skyrim, only able to fly to select locations with the dragon (i.e. no control)

So, something like World of Warcraft's fast travel system?

You could easily break the game with a controllable dragon in flight... fly to areas that are scripted and then you can't get out of.

Like that place North East of Winterhold, if you used a console to get there you couldn't get back out at all.

I guess. Still, I saw a video a while back showing a whole bunch of "ideas" for DLCs that the folks at Bethesda were coming up with, and one of them was a rideable dragon mount...

Welly welly well, look ho learned from Drakan: Order Of The Flame!

Finally, Skyrim starts to interest me in a way that I genuinely drool over how much I want to play it.

And maybe that huge mudcrab? I'd really like to see some scripted bosses like in other games, so you have to solve some puzzles to kill them, not just keep pressing left click.

So they are expanding the Labrynthian story. Hence the statue at the start.

I would have preferred an Oblivion-esque type Addon, with the lands shown in Oblivion being available, it would have greatly improved the lifeline of Skyrim if you could go back to Tamriel (especially when some people in Skyrim talk about it and come from there).

But because its classified as an Expansion, expect the price to be full price.

That's a good point. But, if you'll look closely, there appears to be some Dunmer architecture in the trailer. Perhaps part of the expansion will take place in Morrowind?

It's no Cyrodiil, but I think a return to Morrowind will appeal to people far more.
