Region Restrictions Rust. Does it still have it?

Hi I'm hoping to trade for a Rust copy soon but this talk of restrictions has me worried.
Can you see from their inventory whether or not a copy is region restricted?

Ah thank you. Now that I know I need only check their backpack to be sure I can play the game. I can look for the game with a happy heart. Cheers onevoltz

Got a copy. traded it away again before coming here. Methinks I'll keep out of those murky waters for a bit.

Well, Rust US and RU steam pages use same ID number when adding to cart and there's no info about "game bought in Russia can only be activated/played in Russia", so it looks pretty safe.
