Dead Island problem

I played that game before, but non steam version. It was running perfectly on my laptop, even on high graphics. I downloaded it yesterday from steam cause I wanna play with my friend, but when I want to configure gamma it tells me that game is not in full screen. Obviously it is, I was even changing resolution to every possible and nothing. I used launch command for fullscreen and still nothing. It's also refreshing too slow so it seems laggy...

Seems like I wasted my money again .-.
