Yeah, looks like OpenID login option on Steam is completely broken right now. You better don't logout from anywhere where you use Steam acc to log in or you'll not be able to log in again. Also - DON'T eat your cookies! :P
I just hope it's gonna be fixed by Valve very soon... Weird thing is that one of the sites I know (which is quite big) has even implemented alternate way of logging into their site... I wonder why.... Perhaps they know this is some serious problem and will last longer than expected? Hopefully not...

I had this problem yesterday trying to login to Alienware site. I was logged into Steam and could log into this site fine but couldn't access Alienware. All's working today though and I also have the mobile authenticator crap on my phone.

EDITED : The problem solved! Yeah!
Suddenly I can't login here. At first I thought it was an issue with Steamgifts, but trying to log in another website using Steam account information shows the same problem. So now I think it's Steam itself.
I've already tried removing cookies, using Private mode (I always use Private mode on my laptop, though), using Explorer rather than Chrome, restarting my laptop. I can log in Steam (the program, not the one in the Internet) so my account is not hacked, blocked or banned.
Anything else I may try? And do I need to contact Valve in such a case?
P.s. Fortunately I had logged in on my smartphone using the Internet app and I can still access here. \°.°/
