From top to bottom, if I remember, it was matcha cream, matcha castella, matcha ice cream, match castella again, vanilla ice cream, matcha jelly

I heard that it is a Japanese stereotype that girls like sweets..so either you're a 6 ft tall lesbian, or a guy with delicate hands...

I needed the caffeine, that's for sure! I'm used to waking up at like 9 AM, not 6 or 7!

another question, what was your most outrageous item purchased when you were over there

I don't think I bought anything that would be considered outrageous. Just lots of food, presents for people, capsule toys, etc.

Edit: My girlfriend just reminded me that we ate fermented squid in Shinjuku. It wasn't very good at all.

So I saw this caption "Torii gate near the entrance of the Heian Shrine" and the 10 year old D&D obsessed kid in me said "EMHAGERD THERE IS A PLACE IN JAPAN WHERE YOU CAN TRAVEL TO THE LAND OF THE FORGOTTEN REALMS! I MUST VISIT THIS TORIL GATE" and then I realized it said Torii and I got amused at myself.

Nothing else to see here, move along, move along.

Pretty trees, though.

Wow those wishes on the trees look like flowers :3 Beautiful effect.
But so much people everywhere, agh so much annoying.. At least it was not raining this time.
Wait wait... that figure wearing a kasa, in the sixth photo, on the right... was him a Buddhist monk boy begging? O.o It's the first time I see someone begging in Japan.
Oh, and 2 women in kimono :D And a phone box!! They still exist!! :O
So now we know a restaurant where we have to go (the yesterday one) and another restaurant where we don't have to go :)

Thanks for another amazing travel!

Actually it was raining on and off the entire day, and on the way to ginkakuji, we left our umbrellas on the bus! Good thing there were so many stores around selling umbrellas.

I didn't even notice that boy o.o. I'm not sure, might be someone who paid to be dressed up? There were a bunch of tourists wearing kimonos and samurai costumes.
