Is GreenManGaming trustworthy?

Hi all, I just saw the discount bar at the bottom of Steamgifts, and Half-Life Complete is only 10 bucks on GreenManGaming. However, I haven't purchased anything from it before, and I was wondering if it is trustworthy.

Please reply soon, not sure how long the deal will last.
