I think that Blizzard only sells their latest titles directly, so they have a lock on prices. They did lower the price to 20$ during Thanksgiving week-end, so it might happen again during boxing week, but that won't be in time for Christmas.

Link to Starcraft 2 that's the link. Don't know as you can only buy a retail copy there. You could also check the UK Amazon (19 pounds) and how much the delivery costs are.
