So pretty much if you bought from Newegg between August 13, 2018 and September 18, 2018, you may have been affected. Am I reading that correctly?

The code was running from Aug.14th until Sept.18th so from the details provided that's all that should be affected. I would definitely check back for more details in the coming days as it could reveal more.
