I don't think any of those will hit home, albeit they are wonderful games on their own. However, even though I am unsure if it's even on PS4, I'd suggest The Surge. I recently started playing it and it is very promising so far.

The question you're asking is effectively, "If I love fruit, which should I choose? Pizza, salad, or potatoes?"
None of the games are Soulsborne-esque in the way that Nioh is. The closest in terms of challenging bosses and combat would be Monster Hunter World - it has similar slower paced combat where you need to watch a tough boss, learn their attacks before you attack, and commit to an attack when you do.

Since both are on a sale on ps4, and i really love the style of Soulsborne games which one would you choose?
God of War (2018) or Monster Hunter World or (maybe Horizon Zero Dawn (but its so cheap i'll buy anyway mayb^^))
Which one is the closest in gameplay, bosses, challenge.
Thanks
