Hello,

How do i go about dealing with someone who has not blocked me on steam, and refuses to give me the game that i won, it has been 4 days and this guy i have been nice to and now this is just ridiculous.

Perhaps they aren't willing to send a gift to someone who didn't redeem the win they got two weeks ago? Where is that copy of Takedown?
