If you really want to buy it it will probably end cheaper and more convenient if you trade for tf2 keys. Probably around 24 keys is the best you'll find. Just take care with some traders, even outside their region they may be buying with proxies to get low prices.

I don't recommend using a VPN or proxy to circumvent the region pricing or region locks. Rather, get some TF2 keys and get it from a trader.

yeah it seemed to have changed since I've bought my copy. But you can still find CoD: Ghost steam keys for about 20 TF2 keys which is about $38 on SteamTrades.

I was told that doesn't always work, the fish swim directly into your face sometimes. Should've required more than 6GB of RAM, I knew they'd run into trouble with the low amount of RAM they require... simply not enough to handle the fish AI and MW2 animations.
