Account Syncing?

Is there any way to manually sync my account/library on here? since atm I cant enter any L4D2 giveaways because of the free weekend thing.

Click on "Sync with Steam"
Free weekends are problematic because SteamGifts think you own the games that are free to play. Even manual syncing might not work if you've played the free game or something like that.
