My best bet is they're friends and they're in a challenge like "Who will get more members in limited time". I looked their profiles and they all are in their friendlists. Also this one is suspended.

I'm thinking something more that "two friends" (I can't just say it out loud as calling out isn't allowed) but since they weren't permanently suspended, I guess I was wrong. Shame.
