Problem with WB Humble Bundle

Hi. I sent gift links to a friend but she never got the download emails. Did this happen to any of you guys? If so, what was the result? Thanks.

tell her to check her spam folder, if it's not there then maybe there was a typo when you wrote the email or she did get it and is pretending you didn't in order to get another

The games were "redeemed" but they are not linked to any steam account yet. I'll tell her to check the spam folder. Thank you guys.

the email has something with "a slice of your humble pie is ready" in its header...don't know if it helps

Edit: checked for the exact phrase its: "Your slice of Humble Bundle pie is ready"

Yup, it happend to me. I wrote to HB support and they answered to me after 1 week with new links (2 games). They don't wany any proof, so I think that they saw that link was redeemed, but game was never activated.
