CG responed pretty quick the last time i had an urgent request, but this time it isn't before 19 hours have passed.
I see a lot of people complaining about support replying late all the time but personally i've never expierenced that, they always replied within 2 days +/-

Support are crazily snowed under at the moment. They're working through the tickets, but it's a busy time for everyone. Personally I've been waiting for a re-roll for 4+ days, but I'm sure all of our tickets will get answered in due course :)

Mine ticket doesn't look like was read (no reply nor closed) for 2 weeks now.
It's minor issue and it's already partially fixed, but still, could be annoying for someone else (I was lucky).
Guess they really should think about "hiring" some fresh blood...

You're probably already aware, but if you want to make your flash giveaways even "flashier", you can create them as private, and only post the links with 15 minutes or so left to go.

Really, I think the biggest issue is going to be on your end.
You asked in here for people to join if they would be on to receive them immediately.
But instead, you made the giveaways public. You have no guarantee now if the people will be on to receive them, so you basically just defeated your own purposes in even doing these, which seems poorly thought out.

Yeah i quickly discovered i could've done a better job, but it's too late to edit the descriptions now.
If there are people that won't be online or accept my friend request directly after the GA is over i will just create a few new (this time private) ones in this thread again.

Still an hour limit is enough to keep the entries down.... and I already passed the link out to a few that I know will review quickly so links would still get out there pretty quick even with private.
