I don't currently own any DLC to the games I have on uPlay. But can't you just simply click on the game, and on the game-page click DLC (left side) and scroll through. I guess anything installed won't have a "buy now" button next to it.

Oh, great. Just noticed that the DLC-option is there for AC: Black Flag, but not Splinter Cell: BL. So that won't always be an option :/

See if you can see the monkey mission symbols on your map in game after liberating first outpost
P.s. A lot of people have been having problems activating deluxe content on the forums :(

Geez, Uplay has awful design, I just can't figure my way around. :(
