Allow giveaways to be marked with region restrictions

I have tried to get a gift in Steam with this message:

This is a restricted gift which can only be redeemed in these countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Republic of, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Russian Federation
In addition, if you decide to redeem this restricted gift, you can only play it within the countries listed above.

Note that using an IP proxy or other methods to disguise the place of your residence to activate this gift is a violation of the Steam Subscriber Agreement and may result in restrictions on this Steam account.

I think that this kind of restriction should be clearly marked on the giveaway or ideally giveaways from regions I cannot access should just be hidden. It is wasteful to use points and then later realize that I couldn't even get the gift.

Region restricted giveaways are currently not allowed on Steamgifts.

If you win a region restricted gift, do not accept it, do not regift it, send it back to the giveaway creator. If they won't provide you with a region-free copy, mark it as "Not received" after 7 days. Do not accept other games in exchange for the game you won. Do not mark as "Received" until you actually receive and activate the game.

Are you interested in reports when a I spot at giveaway that is marked as region restricted?
