Happy birthday Devirk. Somewhat annoying question, but have you visited a GOOD psychiatrist? I switched multiple ones and settled on one that a family friend and respected doctor recommended me. I'm on medication for my depression, but we also discuss steps I need to make to get on the right path. It has helped tremendously.

I've went to psychologists before, but beyond personal compatibility, after a certain point they can't really do much. I found a psychiatrist that prescribed me the medication I needed to be able to have the energy to improve things and we went from there. But I get how much of a waste of time and effort that may feel. When I found the right one, I felt like I learned important lessons much faster than what I would have on my own. Maybe instead of having to trust relatives or finding one through trial and error, you could ask ChatGPT for trustworthy psychiatrists (or psychologists, whatever you're looking for) near your area and book a date.

Happy Birthday and good job on hanging in there! If you're not enjoying gaming at the moment, I'd suggest just taking a break until you feel like playing something again. The right game at the right time and who knows, you might find that spark again. For me, Nintendo games just so happened to be what I needed after a long gaming sabbatical. Try something else in the meantime; catch up on some reading, watch that TV show or movie you wanted to but never got around to.
Hope this next year will be better than the last!

Nintendo games
Ah, yes. Nintendo... I'm playing Animal Crossing NH daily mostly just trying to fill up the critterpedia and the musem now I've recently realised that this is probably the game that disrespects it's players the most of them all. Or at least the most of the fully-priced microtransaction-free games. Although I'm not sure which is more disrespectful - gatekeeping content on some arbitrary time and date bases with no way to get around them or simply bluntly telling me to cough up $100 if I want to autocomplete this stupid task that can only be finished between 7:53 and 8:47 AM on even tuesdays of months with letter "r" in them... /rant over
I'm still reading in the meantime, albeit less then I used to. But similarly nothing can really engage me that much. I don't really care for shows and any I might have remote interest in I leave for a friend since we usually watch them together. For the films - again, I do partake but I really prefer them on a big screen and going to cinema comes with it's own caveats. Not to mention with cinemas I'm restricted to what they're playing at the time and tbh I also have no interest in a huge chunk of this...
As the saying goes: hope dies last - so here we go still hanging by a thread. But they also say that once you're at the top the only way is down. Maybe I flew too close to the Sun and now I'm paying the price hell, I'd fly again. no regrets :,) And even I don't fell like it could be ever good again I'm still sailing...

Alas, from toDay I'm officially one year older. Life's shit, gets shittier, but you're not here to Watch me brood, just grab your piece of obligatory caketrain and move along. As a form of minor bot protection we have a simple nono since y'all seem to like them. I hate 'em. Yes, it's because I'm bad at them. And a jigidi because I like them despite also being bad at them Yes, you have to do both nono and jigi. You'll have to excuse the poor picture. I was gonna google an image of cake to use but given that nowadays pretty much everything you google is AI slop made with stolen artworks I figuerd I'd rather draw one myself. yes, I'm also bad at drawing
It's mostly lvl 3+, runs for a week, a mix of trash and less trash games. It's probably way too complicated of a puzzle for such a poor selection but, oh well... And remember: when in doubt - run from the top.
[SOLUTION]
With all the gifts redeemed and only 3 people who can't even type a few letters after recieving free stuff, I'm posting the solution to the puzzle, as I promised.
First you had 3 emphasied letters in the text - each in a different way: D was italicized, next was W as a hyperlink leading to rick roll (sometimes people just blindly click links without reading the posts hoping they'll go directly to GAs), and lastly was letter j which was bolded. note: initially W was bolded and j was a link but after creating the post I realised that lowercase j perfectly hides link so I've swapped these 2 to make the puzzles a little easier Now, all 3 were noticeable just looking closely at the body of the text but they still might be tricky to notice for some, hence the hint I've left aplenty and the default way to look for special characters in wall of text inspect You can right click anywhere on the text and select the option to "inspect" or "view source" or something similar, whatever your web browser might call it. There you'll see raw html making the site and conspicuous tags in the middle of a text instead of the visual effects appled to certain letters. Now with the 3 letters you were basically halfway through the puzzle. All was left to do were first the nonogram that'd yield the letter a and a jigidi which gave latter V. Now all you had to do was asseble the letters into the giveaway code. Here's where the last hint came into play - to run from the top i.e. from the beggining. The letters were in order you found them giving you the code DWjaV which put into the standard giveaway link opened the first cart of the train!
That's all folks! Thanks for playing. Thanks for all the birthday wishes! We'll probably meet again in december for my cakeday or maybe I'll do something before that, who knows! This mesage will self-destruct in... soon :)
