Hi. A few days ago I was on my phone with the SG app and kept nodding off and I think I might have accidentally hidden a game, and since I have several thousand hidden games it´s impossible to easily (or feasably) find it, so I was wondering if there is a way to sort hidden games by the date they were hidden.
I looked though ESGST´s options but I couldn´t find anything like that, though I might have missed it, so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I asked this a while ago and I was told there is no way. It seems to be asked for quite often. When it happened to me, my mouse at the time was acting up. The wheel would occasionally scroll a line on its own (sometime spazz out and jump back and forth) and I accidentally hid the wrong game when the wheel scrolled just as I clicked the hide game icon. I didn't notice until I hid whatever I clicked on and the game I wanted to hide was still there. I had to go through hundreds of pages, searching the page manually for the most recent game I hid because I didn't even know what I hid.

Not much use for the OP's problem (since they were using the app), but ESGST has a handy option that might've prevented your issue.

With this option enabled, when you hide a game, instead of all of the giveaways for the game being removed from the page, they are simply faded out.

If you hide the wrong game you can simply unhide it again as long as you haven't left or reloaded the page.
(It's option 2.36.1 btw)

This might be useful to prevent further such accidents, but it wouldn´t help me to find the game I hid, but I´ll keep it in mind.
Thanks.

Too bad that didn't exist back when it happened to me, it would have saved me a lot of time. When I hide a game now, I click the search icon (magnifying glass thing) first, and then hide it from there. That way there's no chance of accidentally hiding the wrong game.

With ESGST you can use endless scrolling and table sorter to go through your hidden/filtered games list and sort it for date added. But if your list is large this isn't very practical. It would be much better if steamgifts itself would allow us to sort the list for date added.

Yeah, not sure how long 13k hidden games (in my case) would take to load, but at least once done you could then do a quick search in browser based on the date (i.e "minutes", or "hour").
i don't use ESGST, but does seem the best solution for OP's situation.
