Can i refuse to give the game to this person and reroll?
Because i checked and this user didnt activated 2 previous won gifts.

EDIT: Thanks for the reroll but it looks like the second one also didnt activated 2 wins.

Yes you can UNLESS he has already got suspended for that then support will be chicken robots about it and wont grant you a reroll.

on support ticket i only have one option that fits but says: did not activate previous wins this month. But he didnt activated it way long ago. one 7 month and one 4 month before. should i choose this?

You can request a new winner (do that now), but if they have already been suspended for those old wins you will still have to provide the game.

Request a new winner and see what support says.

When he or her has already served punishment your re-roll will be denied.

If he or her hasn't been punished then your re-roll will be granted and he or her will be suspended.

I see that all of your giveaways have been marked received so it seems you already sent the key. Be aware that it may have been activated elsewhere.

No, you can request a reroll immediately if the user has unactivated wins.

They have 7 days to activate wins - if non-activations are older than 7 days, then no need to further waiting time :)

I recently had a non activated win, through no fault of my own. if I hadn't threatened to report the developer to Valve I'd probably still have it. Maybe you should speak with the winner before automatically judging him.

i dont understand exactly what happened. the developers took the game from your library or what happened?

Yep, I won a game in a giveaway and one month later the developer decided to revoke all the games he sold in that bundle. I didn't even realise that I had won the game in a giveaway until I tried to enter an SG Tools protected one and it told me I had unactivated wins.

Luckily I found out only a week after the game was revoked or I could have been banned or anything >_<

I would think you can change to "Not Received" and you'd be fine. Not sure, but that would make sense to me.

I don't really think that's fair as I did receive the game >_<

Ah, developer revoked all keys in a bundle, not your specific key. Yeah, in that case, I guess you just agree to delete the giveaway.

Yeah, if a game gets revoked, you switch to not received and contact the giveaway creator. Then they can go ask for a replacement key from whoever they bought it from in the first place.

I contacted the creator and asked him to ask support to delete it. He never got back to me but I just checked now you mentioned it and the giveaway has been deleted. Luckily it was a group giveaway and I was the only entrant so he wouldn't have received CV anyway. >_<
