Hey there,

I just wanted to ask what to do if someone who has won one of your giveaways is taking a little long to confirm that they have received the gift? It is a little annoying especially after they redeem your gift and you see your gift in their Steam library :/.

It ended 15 minutes ago, the winner has 7 days to activate it ;) But you can remind him to do that if you really want, but I'd wait a little at least.

Did not mean the last one :P. Was talking about Mortal Kombat. 2 copies, one guy already activated and confirmed, the other activated and no confirmation yet.

Ah, sorry then, I kind of jumped the gun :) But in any case, the winner still has 7 days to mark it as recieved, after such time you can contact support.
