Any cheap priced regions available?

Hello, since most of the games from Russia have been region locked before the Christmas sales, I have been buying them from the EU store. I want to ask if there are other cheap stores that do not have such restrictions?

Norway, Japan, Canada, Eu2 (Spain, Italy, etc.), US.
