Humble Bundle just charged me $132 for a yearly subscription...with no warning or message

If I didn't have email alerts setup I would never have known until it was too late.
This is totally unacceptable to say the least
I have been on the month-to-month subscription
I have NEVER been on an annual plan

As a precaution I canceled my subscription to make sure the November monthly was removed and I don't have any new keys
UPDATE: I've opened a case with both Humble Bundle and Paypal

Thanks everyone for your comments and suggestions, I will let you know how it turns out

NEW UPDATE: Quite a condescending reply from Humble Bundle: https://imgur.com/a/JjnB2xK

FINAL UPDATE: Paypal denied my case because the transaction was part of a 'billing agreement'. This decision was made because this transaction was not unauthorized.

So please follow the path of UltraMaster as I do now, and immediately cancel any active autopayments once the transaction is completed

Yeah, I've had to contact Humble support a few times and each time they were really nasty to me for no reason. They never once helped me though so I'm glad you got a refund. Not so "humble" are they?

Welcome to the world of buying with standing order. That's how most of stuff works, you forget to cancel and it will keep charging you. And I think it was 100% your own fault. Check this page: https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay/ and you will see which autopayments you have on.

I am really curious how did you end up upon the annual deal. Had they gave you proper explanation? Did you pursue for an explanation? Hopefully, its not what other members suspect of malicious activity on your account. You should not have been annual sub unless you select the option to. I've played around the annual sub button numerous time to check out the deals but I've not incurred any charges up to now.
Best wishes and Cheers, Cruse~

I think their message simply sounds condescending, but they use it to make sure that people don't make a habit out of it.
